Once you’re live on Brand Mobile, you’ll receive email, text, and in-app notifications letting you know you’re all set!
If you aren’t receiving notifications, but you’ve completed the steps outlined in your Welcome Kit, check with Customer Care to see if you are good to pop your SIM in.
If you’ve inserted your SIM card after receiving the green light from Brand Mobile, but your service is not activating, restart your phone by powering it down completely and turning it back on or toggle airplane mode on and off. This will disconnect and reconnect your phone to the closest towers. Now you should be good to go!
