As Brand Mobile is a prepaid service, your bill is due at the beginning of your billing cycle. It is recommended to pay the bill on time. In case of any payment failure, our system will retry your payment. On the 2nd day, your data will be throttled at 128kbps. If the bill is not paid within 3 days of your bill generation, the account will undergo suspension. On the 4th day of your payment being missed, the account will be permanently disconnected.
You can make a payment within 30 days of disconnection to reconnect your account. You will lose your number if a payment is not received.
