Are you the account owner with additional lines on your plan? One of your group members MUST become the primary account holder and have an active credit card on file for them to have uninterrupted service upon your exit.
To ensure that disconnecting is as easy as signing on, just let us know that you’ll be leaving, and we’ll take all the necessary steps. Once we verify your account, we’ll email you your account information (account number, PIN, and billing ZIP code) so you can easily give that information to the new service provider and transfer your number. Once you leave Brand Mobile, you’ll receive an email confirmation alerting you that your number is no longer with us.
If you choose to disconnect Brand Mobile immediately, you will lose your phone number and we’ll send you an email confirmation of your cancellation. If you choose to disconnect at the start of your next billing cycle, you still have access to your data, voice, and text until the date of disconnection.
Please note no partial refunds will be offered if you leave within the middle of your billing cycle.
